Travel Document Issuance

Filipino citizens with urgent travel to the Philippines, particularly due to a medical or family emergency or moving back to the Philippines permanently, whose passport has expired, and who cannot wait for a new ePassport may apply for a travel document for one-way direct travel to the Philippines.

The applicant may apply for a travel document together with a regular ePassport.
