CORE REQUIREMENTS: Renewing an ePassport

1. Personal appearance
2. Application form (download here)
3. Latest ePassport plus one photocopy of the data page
4. US permanent resident card

Note: For dual citizens, please refer to Dual Citizens under RA 9225

If the applicant does not have a permanent resident card yet, present valid US visa and one valid government-issued ID

5. Proof of payment of passport fee (please refer to EPASSPORT FEES AND OTHER INFORMATION)
6. Self-addressed USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express mailing envelope with prepaid postage and USPS tracking

The change is due to the Philippines officially becoming a party to the Apostille Convention.
